Romeo Nguyễn is a born-and-raised New Yorker from Queens, currently on a self-publishing journey. His debut novel, Tierless, marks the beginning of the Ledgerverse—a planned series of interconnected stories that blend myth, mystery, and fantasy with a sharp speculative edge.
Drawn to the spaces where belief shapes reality and memory carries weight, Romeo writes fiction that lives in the gray zones—between systems and symbols, institutions and intimacy. Tierless is the first step into that world: one where stories aren’t just told, they’re traded.

Tierless marks the first installation of the Ledgerverse. The story follows Yen Dey, a brilliant but emotionally distant quant analyst who stumbles into a secret occult market that trades in human belief and despair, forcing her to confront a past she doesn’t remember and a debt she never agreed to pay.
